Application:
HPEG is non-toxic, non-irritant with good water solubility and will not be hydrolytic deteriorated. It has good intermiscibility with many compounds. It is an important raw material for polycarboxylate water reducing agent which has good dispersibility holding facility. It has the advantage of low mixing quantity, high water reducing rate, good strength enhancing effect, durability, low steel corrosion and environment protection. It can be used in the commercial concrete which is available to on-site stirring and long-distance transportation with high performance and intensity (over C60) .
TPEG
1. With good water solubility, TPEG is soluble in water and various organic solvents. It is an important raw material for the new polycarboxylic high-performance water-reducing agent.
2. Made from high active catalyst through special synthetic process, TPEG is a kind of product with narrow molecular weight, low polyethylene glycol and high retention rate of double bonds, which greatly improves the activation of poly-reaction and makes the product transformation rate high. Polycarboxylate water-reducer synthesized by TPEG has high effective content with excellent comprehensive performance.
3. The polycarboxylate water reducing agent synthesized by TPEG has good dispersibility and holding facility. It has the advantage of low concrete consumption, high water reducing rate, good strength enhancing effect, durability and with low steel corrosion and environment protection. |
